We seek a talented and experienced accountant and admin to join our team. As a accountant and admin you will responsible to oversee all the accuracy and completeness of financial documents, to prepare
budget of the be company, to check the timeliness and accuracy of all tax related issues, to prepare bank reconciliation, to maintain Fixed Asset register, and to provide technical support to the accountants and the junior Accountants.

Position 1: Head of Business Development & Growth

Key responsibilities

  • Own the client-facing commercial pipeline and close deals across EPC, cooking, water pumping and consulting.
  • Track competitors and market trends; brief leadership quarterly.
  • Build institutional partnerships and manage investor relations, including the due-diligence data room.
  • Sign off competitive positioning ahead of pricing decisions, working with the CTO and CFO.
  • Lead and grow the Business Development team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years business development experience in a commercial company, with verifiable contracts won.
  • Experience in energy, infrastructure or a related sector is preferred.
  • Comfortable running a sales pipeline in a CRM.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.

Salary: ETB 90,000–130,000

Position 2: Senior Partnerships & Positioning Officer

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with donors, government, financiers and industry partners.
  • Own institutional brand materials, conference representation and communications.
  • Manage the company LinkedIn page and institutional website content.
  • Represent GSE at industry events and forums.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in partnerships, institutional relations or communications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized, relationship-oriented, with genuine follow-through.

Salary: ETB 45,000–60,000

Position 3: Senior Accountant

Key responsibilities

  • Run bank reconciliations, tax reporting, the interim financial report and payroll on a fixed monthly calendar.
  • Keep the books current and audit ready.
  • Maintain receivables, payables and project cost records.

Requirements

  • Degree in accounting; a minimum of 5 years of accounting experience specifically within a private limited company (PLC).
  • Direct experience with tax filing and month-end close in Ethiopia.
  • ACCA progress is an advantage.

Salary: ETB 45,000–60,000

Position 4: Senior Project Manager, EPC

Key responsibilities

  • Own delivery of EPC projects: mobilization, programme, crews and subcontractors.
  • Supervise installation to the design file; escalate deviations to the CTO.
  • Build test records, punch lists and handover documentation to the client’s acceptance standard.
  • Report weekly to the CTO; maintain a daily site diary.

Requirements

  • Electrical engineering degree; 6+ years, 3+ leading solar EPC or electromechanical installations.
  • Professional Engineer licence held, or obtainable within 6 months.
  • Working AutoCAD proficiency.
  • Full-time site availability.

Salary: ETB 70,000–100,000

Position 5: Senior Tender Officer

Key responsibilities

  • Own the bid calendar from advertisement to award.
  • Manage the compliance matrix, document control and clarifications for every bid.
  • Coordinate with engineering on technical volumes, SLDs and simulations.
  • Lead loss reviews and apply lessons to future bids.

Requirements

  • 4+ years preparing competitive tenders in Ethiopia, energy, construction or infrastructure.
  • NCB and donor tender literacy.
  • Strong document discipline.

Salary: ETB 45,000–60,000

Position 6: Engineer, Quality & HSE

Key responsibilities

  • Own commissioning quality control and test records on every project.
  • Run site safety inspections, toolbox talks and incident investigations.
  • Exercise independent stop-work authority when warranted.

Requirements

  • Electrical or solar engineering degree; 3+ years site or commissioning experience.
  • Willingness to obtain safety certification, company funded.

Salary: ETB 40,000–55,000

Position 7: General Foreman, Building Construction

Key responsibilities

  • Direct crews and subcontractors against the construction programme.
  • Manage materials, deliveries and site storage.
  • Enforce site discipline and safety standards.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in building construction, 3+ years as foreman on multi-storey structures.
  • Reads structural drawings competently.
  • Checkable references from named sites.
