Position 1: Junior Customer Service Specialist
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Graduates of years 2024 & 2025 G.C. with BA in Accounting, Banking & Insurance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Economics or related fields with minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00.
- No prior experience is required.
- Age = 30
- Exit Exam is required. (Mandatory)

Position 2: Administrative Assistant
Job Requirement
- Diploma/10+3/ Level 3 and above in Secretarial Science and Office Management, any other related fields with 2 years of service in relevant field, preferably in banking industry. COC is mandatory.

Position 3: SME Credit Analyst
Job Requirement
- BA in Economics, Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Management Information Systems and any other related fields with 3.5 years of experience in banking operation, of which at least 1 year as relevant officer position.

Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Position 4: Branch Manager Grade C
Job Requirement
- MA/MBA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management and any other related fields with 6.5 years of experience for male candidates, with 5.5 years of experience for female candidates or BA in the same fields with 8.5 years of experience for male candidates, 7.5 years of experience for female candidates years of experience in banking industry, of which 2 years in customer services manager grade B /or 3 years as Branch accounts administrator position Grade A.
