Position 1. School Director

Education: MA / BA / B.Ed in Educational Leadership, School Management, Curriculum & Instruction, or related fields.

Experience: 0–10 years. Senior leadership or administrative experience in an educational institution is a plus.

Requirements: Strong leadership and organizational skills, a caring and nurturing attitude, attentiveness to child safety, and a high sense of responsibility.

Position 2. Driver

Education: Grade 8/10/12 completed with a valid Third-Grade (or equivalent Light/Public Vehicle) Driving License.

Experience: 2–5+ years of safe, proven driving experience. Experience operating school or passenger vehicles is a plus.

Requirements: Clean driving record, exceptional punctuality, strict adherence to traffic and child safety regulations, and strong vehicle maintenance awareness.

Position 3: Property Manager

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in Property Management, Facilities Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 4 to 6 years of professional experience in property or facilities management, with a proven track record of managing medium to large-scale physical plants.

The Property Manager will be responsible for the comprehensive oversight of Elon Academy’s physical facilities, grounds, and school property. The role ensures that all campus infrastructure is safe, fully functional, and compliant with safety regulations.

Industry Advantage: Prior working experience within school institutions or educational campuses is a strong plus.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading architectural/engineering drawings, basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, and strong computer literacy (MS Office / facility management software).

Competencies: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, strong negotiation and vendor management skills, excellent organizational capacity, and high integrity.

Language: Fluency in Amharic and English (written and spoken).

Place of Work: Haya Hulet, behind the Bata Complex building, immediately adjacent to Misrak Dil School.

Position 4: English Teacher

Educational Qualification: MA / BA / BSc / B.Ed in English Language and Literature.

Experience: 0–10 years of experience. Senior experience is a plus.

Requirements: Caring and nurturing attitude, attentiveness to child safety, and a high sense of responsibility.
