Role description
Hope Enterprise University College (HEUC) is a higher education institution in Ethiopia, which is housed on five hectares of a beautiful, green and clean campus conductive for teaching-learning process and having student and faculty friendly environment.
Currently the university college is trying to recruiting the right candidate, any interested professional who can meet the following criteria can apply for the positions.
Position 1: Cashier
Minimum Qualifications:
- Diploma or level 4 and above in Accounting & Finance
- Zero years of experience acceptable; however, candidates with relevant higher education background are strongly preferred
Required Skills
- Microsoft excel and Microsoft word required
- Communication skill
- Customer handling
- Finance report preparation
Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Position 2: Academic Program Officer
Minimum Qualifications:
- Diploma or level 4 with CoC certified in IT and related fields with 2 years and above work experience on same field
- or Degree in IT and related fields 1 year and above work experience
The main purpose of an Academic Program Officer at a university college is to ensure the effective design, implementation, quality assurance, and administrative execution of academic programs and TVET training curricula.

Position 3: Duplication Administrator
Minimum Qualifications:
- 10th / 12th Grade + short term certificates in secretarial science It support or office administration
- 2 up to 3 years of operational experience running heavy-duty photocopy machines binding equipment and digital scanners.
