The Investment Analyst Management Trainee will be responsible for supporting the investment team in conducting market analysis, developing strategic investment plans, evaluating potential investments, and providing recommendations. The trainee will also compile reports and contribute to overall operational performance management to ensure alignment with corporate goals. Key responsibilities include:

Position 1: Junior Geotechnical Engineer

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Geological Engineering, or related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong academic performance, particularly in Soil Mechanics and Foundation Engineering.
• Basic knowledge of geotechnical investigation, foundation design, bearing capacity, and settlement analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and AutoCAD.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn, work under supervision, and travel to project sites.
• Knowledge of Eurocode 7 and Ethiopian Building Codes is an advantage.
• Exposure to PLAXIS, GeoStudio, or similar geotechnical software is an advantage.

Position 2: Junior Architect

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
• 1–3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Good understanding of architectural design principles and construction methods.
• Ability to read, interpret, and prepare architectural drawings.

Required Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• Revit
• SketchUp or other 3D modeling software
• Enscape, Lumion, Twinmotion, or similar visualization software
• Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator
• Microsoft Office Suite

Knowledge of BIM workflows is an added advantage.
