AddisPay Financial Technology S.C. is looking for a motivated, energetic, and target-oriented Sales Representative – Merchant Onboarding to join our Sales & Business Development team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential merchants, introducing AddisPay’s digital payment solutions, acquiring new merchants, completing the onboarding process, and maintaining strong relationships with merchants.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Sales, Business Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and visit potential merchants, businesses, shops, and service providers.
• Promote and explain AddisPay’s products and digital payment solutions to prospective merchants.
• Acquire and onboard new merchants according to company procedures and requirements.
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, transaction processes, and applicable terms to merchants.
• Collect and verify required merchant registration and KYC documents.
• Assist merchants with account registration, activation, and initial product usage.
• Follow up with newly onboarded merchants to ensure successful activation and regular usage.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with merchants.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly merchant acquisition targets.
