Education/Skills: Strong skills in Real Estate Marketing and Sales Knowledge of property and real estate market trends Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and closing abilities Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment Ability to build and maintain client relationships Experience: Minimum 6 months experience in real estate sales (junior level) Customer service and sales background preferred
Compensation
💰 Salary: ETB 17,500 (for experienced candidates) 📈 Commission: 3% – 4%
