EMA Import and Export Pvt.Ltd.Co part of DROGA GROUP established for the Export of Ethiopia agriculture products for the development of real state, establishment of commercial farm and also development of agroindustry manufacturing plant to increase the availably of foreign currency and ensure Import substitution in Ethiopia.

Position: Junior Pharmacist

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy 
• 0-1 year of experience in dispensing 
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for order processing and tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement systems of good dispensing practice for OTC and Prescription only medicines.
• Ensure that dispensing occurs accurately, reflect the prescriber’s intention, and is consistent with the needs and safety of the consumer.
• Review the patient personal details and medication history
• To work ethically and with full professional competence.
• Must adhere to the pharmacy’s opening and closing procedures, as well as any other routine procedures related to dispensing medications, inventory management, and record-keeping
• Must follow the pharmacy’s medication dispensing protocols and ensure that all medication orders are accurately processed and dispensed.
• Any incidents or errors must be promptly reported to the appropriate personnel, and corrective action must be taken as necessary. 
• All employees are required to follow established routine rules and procedures, including dispensing medication, managing inventory, and handling customer inquiries and complaints.
