Position 1: Jr. Customer Experience Officer

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management, Business, Customer Service Management, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer support, call center, or front-facing service roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to use phones, chat platforms, and customer support systems.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Basic data entry and reporting skills using Google Sheets or CRM dashboards.
• Positive attitude and strong accountability.
• Customer-oriented with a positive service mindset.
• Communication and negotiation skills.
