Role description
Digaf Micro Credit Provider invites qualified applicants for the following job position. Digaf Microcredit Providers, a tech-based microfinance institute, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Ethiopian Ministry of Labor and Skills (MoLS).
The partnership will allow the two signatories to facilitate access to affordable digital loan products for low- and medium-income individuals. institute aims to provide financial relief to middle to lower-income individuals through the application of technology in the financial sector.
Position 1: Operation Officer
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Relevant experience in microfinance, digital lending, banking, sales operations, or performance management. Experience managing Loan Officers or field sales teams is an advantage
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Credit Control Officer
Requirements:
- BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 1–3 year of relevant experience in credit control or finance
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Position 3: Branch Loan Officer
Qualifications and Experience
- Education Background: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years Relevant experience in microfinance, banking, credit, lending, or financial services is preferred.
- Good knowledge of loan processing, credit assessment, customer relationship management, and collection practices.
Location: Hawassa
Position 4: Corporate Loan Officer
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience in banking, microfinance, financial services, sales, relationship management, or corporate lending. Experience in payroll lending, institutional lending, corporate relationship management, or business development is an advantage.

Position 5: Senior Information Security Officer
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in information security, cybersecurity, IT audit, network security, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of information security principles, risk management, and cybersecurity practices.
