Role description
•The Deputy CEO – Strategy, Growth & Digital Transformation is responsible for increasing company revenue, strengthening client relationships, improving proposal and tender quality, building a disciplined sales pipeline, and leading Vital Security’s digital transformation. This person must make sure technology is not used only for reports, but actually improves supervision, client service, guard accountability, QR Patrol compliance, command center visibility, and management decision-making.
Drive new client acquisition, proposal quality, tender tracking, partnerships, and pipeline growth.
• Ensure QR Patrol, digital reporting, control room monitoring, and dashboard usage improve operational visibility.
• Separate digital detection from operational correction to prevent hidden performance failures.
• Coordinate technology implementation and ensure systems are adopted by operations and management.
• Prepare growth and digital scorecards for CEO review.
• Support transformation toward a modern, integrated security service model.
Bachelor’s degree
in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Information Systems, Digital Transformation, Technology Management, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or executive management qualification is preferred.
Should have
8–12 years of total professional experience
, with at least
5 years in senior management
involving business development, commercial strategy, client relationship management, operations improvement, digital systems, or service-sector leadership.
