Position 1: Site Engineer (Customer Service Delegate)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in real estate sales, property sales, or a related sales position is preferred/required.
• Strong knowledge of construction, building materials, drawings, and basic site operations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to confidently conduct property/site presentations for clients.
• Customer-oriented, target-driven, and proactive.
• Willingness to work at project sites and interact directly with clients.
• Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills.

Position 2: Senior Accountant

Qualifications:

• 7+yearsrelevant work experience which 2 of them shall be in a Senior Role
• Workexperience in a real estate or Construction environment is advantageous
• Proventrack record related to successful tax audit
