1. Sales Consultant
Job Summary
The Sales Consultant is responsible for assisting clients throughout the property buying and selling process. The role focuses on identifying customer needs, presenting suitable properties, negotiating favorable agreements, and delivering high-quality customer service.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Management, Business Management, Civil Engineering, or another related field.
Experience
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
Required Skills
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical ability to evaluate property options. Negotiation and communication skills. Ability to use software applications related to real estate operations. Patience and professionalism when working with clients.

2. Senior Accountant
Job Summary
The Senior Accountant is responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, supporting financial analysis, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and applicable regulations.
Qualifications
MSc or BA Degree in Accounting and Finance, Accounting, or another related field.
Experience
5–7 years of relevant professional experience. At least 2 years in a senior accounting position.
Required Skills
Experience managing financial activities within business organizations, preferably in the construction industry. Professional knowledge or certification in IFRS, Peachtree Accounting, and taxation is an advantage. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for reporting and financial analysis.
