Job Summary
The Branch Business Relationship Manager – RMSME is responsible for planning, organizing, leading, and controlling business development activities within the branch team. The role focuses on attracting, deepening, and managing customer relationships to achieve deposit and loan growth targets, while promoting Dashen Bank’s full suite of products and services to enhance customer value.
Qualifications & Experience
Education: BA Degree in Accounting, Marketing Management, Business Administration, Banking, Finance, or related fields. Experience: Minimum of 6 years relevant experience in banking or financial services.
Functional & Technical Competencies
Strong knowledge of Retail & MSME banking. Expertise in modern sales & marketing practices in financial services. Negotiation and networking skills for customer acquisition & retention. Extensive background in credit, risk management, and compliance. Ability to influence senior leaders and drive strategic initiatives. Project management and analytical skills.
