1. Graduate Trainee

Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Banking, Finance, or a related field. 0+ year of experience in banking, microfinance, or customer service. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Strong attention to detail and basic numeracy skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. High level of integrity and confidentiality. Willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
Provide frontline customer support. Process counter transactions. Assist Senior Officers in collecting and organizing loan documentation. Perform administrative and data-entry tasks accurately under close supervision.
2. Relationship Officer

Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. At least 1 year of experience in microfinance, banking, or credit operations. Proven ability to prepare credit appraisal reports and assess client risk. Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Ability to work independently and meet monthly targets. Sound knowledge of KYC, AML, and microfinance regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage an assigned client portfolio. Support business growth. Prepare independent credit appraisal reports. Ensure timely loan disbursement and recovery. Serve as a link between clients and management in daily business and loan activities within delegated authority. Mentor junior team members. Handle complex negotiations and problem-loan restructuring. Represent the company at external stakeholder meetings.
3. Senior Relationship Officer
Number of Positions: 1 Duty Station: Adama, Ethiopia
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. At least 3 years of progressive experience in microfinance, commercial banking, or credit management. Proven experience in credit risk assessment, loan restructuring, and team supervision. Strong leadership, decision-making, and strategic-thinking abilities. Advanced negotiation and conflict-resolution skills. In-depth knowledge of microfinance regulations, legal documentation, and security perfection. Excellent report-writing and presentation skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet portfolio targets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the branch’s client acquisition and credit strategy. Manage a high-value corporate portfolio. Approve loans within delegated authority. Mentor junior team members. Handle complex negotiations and problem-loan restructuring. Represent the company at external stakeholder meetings.
4. Branch Accountant
Number of Positions: 1 Duty Station: Adama, Ethiopia
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. At least 4 years of experience in microfinance or banking. At least 2 years of experience in a senior position. Strong knowledge of branch operations, credit processes, and compliance. Excellent supervision, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Support the Branch Manager in overseeing daily branch operations. Supervise Relationship Officers. Support service excellence and branch profitability. Ensure compliant and smooth branch workflows. Support achievement of branch targets. Serve as the primary operational anchor when the Branch Manager is absent.
5. Branch Manager
Number of Positions: 1 Duty Station: Adama, Ethiopia
Qualifications and Requirements
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. At least 6 years of experience in microfinance or banking. At least 2 years of experience in a managerial or senior supervisory position. Proven track record of meeting business targets. Strong expertise in credit risk, portfolio management, and loan recovery. Strong leadership, negotiation, and financial management abilities, including P&L management. Thorough knowledge of microfinance regulations and AML/CFT frameworks. High integrity and resilience. Ability to work effectively under pressure.
