Role description

The Bank has broad ownership base and diversified ownership structure. It comprises Cooperatives and Non-Cooperative members. Cooperative member includes Primary Cooperatives, Cooperative Unions and Cooperatives Federation whereas, non-Cooperative members includes Organizations, Associations and individuals.
Position 1: Legal Compliance Officer
Qualifications and Experience
- Master or Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB),
- At least five (5) years of professional experience, preferably in the banking or financial services sector. Experience in any of the following areas: legal compliance, regulatory compliance, legal advisory services, risk management, audit, internal control, or related functions.

Position 2: Senior Legal Compliance Officer
Qualifications and Experience
- Master or Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB),
- Professional certifications in Compliance, AML/CFT, Corporate Governance, Risk Management, or related disciplines are advantageous.
- At least six (6) years of professional experience in the banking or financial services sector, with a mandatory minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in any of the following areas: legal compliance, regulatory compliance, legal advisory services, risk management, audit, internal control, or related functions, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.

- Remuneration: As per the Bank’s salary scale and benefit scheme.
- Terms of employment: Permanent after probationary period.
