Position 1: Junior Dispute Settlement Officer

Qualifications

• B.A. Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields.

Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of work experience in Digital Banking business areas.
• Experience in dispute settlement, digital banking operations, or related digital banking business positions.

Position 2: Senior Dispute Settlement Officer

Qualifications

• M.A./B.A. Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Banking & Finance, Economics, or related fields.

Experience

• 4/6 years of relevant work experience.
• At least 2 years as a Dispute and Settlement Officer or in other equivalent related positions.

Position 3: Senior Payment Card Support Officer

Qualifications

• M.A./B.A. Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields.

Experience

• 4/6 years of banking work experience.
• At least 2 years as a Payment Card Support Officer or in other equivalent Digital Banking business-related positions.

Position 4: Branch Manager

Qualifications

• M.A./B.A. Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields.

Experience

• 5/7 years of banking work experience.
• At least 2 years as a Business Manager, Operation Manager, Customer Service Manager, or in an equivalent core banking business-related position.
