Position 1: Construction and Engineering Business Development Associate
| Qualification | BA degree in Management, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field. |
| Work Experience | 0–2 years of relevant experience in reception, customer service, office administration or business support. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. |

Position 2: Messenger
| Qualification | Completion of Grade 12 or TVET |
| Work Experience | No prior work experience is required. |

Position 3: Construction and Engineering Business Development Associate
| Qualification | MSC/BSC in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology and Management (CoTM), Architecture, Project Management or related discipline.Certificate in one or more Engineering Software/s |

Position 4: Business Development and Consultancy Specialist
| Education & Experience | Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Economics, Civil Engineering, Construction Technology and Management (CoTM), or a related field. |
| Work Experience | More than four (4) years of relevant experience in one or more of the following areas:Management or business consultancy, research, organizational improvement or project coordination.Business development, market research, proposal preparation, marketing or client relationship management.Professional training, capacity-development programmes or workshop coordination. |

Position 5: Skills Development and Employment Linkage Specialist
| Education | MBA/ BA/ in human resource management, economics, marketing communication, management, social studies, business management or related fields.MSC/BSC in Mechanical, Textile, Industrial, Manufacturing or Chemical Engineering/Technology; Leather and Leather product technology; metalwork; woodwork; or related disciplines. |
| Work Experience | Relevant experience should cover one or more of the following areas, according to the applicant’s specialization:Skills-training delivery, Employment services, leading placement and post-placement activities, delivering technical training; project management. |
