1. General Maintenance
Education: College Diploma / TVET Level IV in General Mechanics, Metal Technology, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 2 years. Responsibilities: Routine repair and maintenance of buildings, office equipment, communication appliances, water, electric, and sewage systems; inspection and timely repair of damages. Location: Head Office, Addis Ababa.
2. Human Resource Officer
Education: BA in HRM, Management, Accounting, or related business fields. Experience: Minimum 2 years, including 1 year at Job Grade 6. Competencies: Knowledge of HR principles, labor law, communication skills, computer literacy. Location: Branch Office.
3. Branch Manager II
Education: Master’s Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or related fields. OR BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or related fields with 9 years of experience (7 years for Master’s holders). Experience: Minimum 2 years in a managerial role. Competencies: Strong knowledge of business and financial management, company policies, leadership, analytical and interpersonal skills, computer literacy. Location: Dire Dawa.
