1. Administration & Finance Officer
Location: Addis Ababa Branches
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Accounting, Economics, or another business-related field. At least 2 years of related work experience. Of the required experience, 1 year should be at Job Grade 6.
Required Competencies
Knowledge of human resource management principles and practices. Basic understanding of financial management principles. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer application skills.
2. Human Resource Officer
Location: Debre Birhan
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Accounting, or another business-related field. At least 2 years of related work experience.
Required Competencies
Basic knowledge of human resource management principles and practices. Basic knowledge of labor law. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer application skills.
