Commercial Nominees would like to invite qualified applicants to apply for the following positions.

Commercial Nominees was established by Commercial Bank of Ethiopia and Construction & Business Bank in 1965. At that time, it provided services such as stock marketing, stock registration & organization, pension account management of Commercial Bank, and insurance commission work.

Position 1: Senior Sales Officer  Vacancy Number:-CN- 005/26

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

    1. Plans, coordinates, directs and controls the selling functions to achieve the company’s sales goals.
    2. Ensure the preparation of bid documents that may be required to bid for providing outsourced financial and nonfinancial services;
    3. Initiates price fixing or revision proposals for management decision based on existing market and operation cost assessment;
    4. Evaluates existing sales conditions, sales possibilities, product and service lines offered and competitors strategies to promote sales of services and facilities of the Company;
    5. Assist and Participate in the preparation of the strategic plan of the Company through a participatory upward planning approach,

Minimum Requirement

B.A Degree in Economics or Management or Accounting or Marketing or other Business related fields with 4 years of related work experience

Competency

  • Good knowledge of overall business, economic and government policy environment.
  • Good knowledge of  sales principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of relevant software application skills

Position 2: Senior Branch Coordination Officer  Vacancy Number CN-007/26

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

  • Participates in planning, coordinating, and directing the branch operation   monitoring and evaluation activities
    1. Regularly monitor supervise and evaluate the overall business operation and activities of branches  and submit report to immediate supervisor on the findings
    2. Assist in developing and implementing effective monitoring and evaluation tools that enable to  review operational activities and to improve accountability of branches
    3. Assists in developing, establishing and implementing  internal control systems, with compliance to regulations, Company policies and procedures of the Company
    4.  Follow up and coordinate branches technical and material  requests and  ensure the on time response or  delivery thereof.

Minimum Requirement

B.A. degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or Marketing or other business-related fields, with 4 years of related work experience.

Competency

  • Knowledge of the operation of the Company
  • Thorough knowledge of monitoring and evaluation methods and practices
  • Good knowledge of business management principles and practices
  • Good analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Skill in the use of basic computer software applications

Position 3: Communication Officer  Vacancy Number:-CN-008/26

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organise, and execute multimedia production activities in alignment with the organization’s communication strategy and branding guidelines
  • Capture high-quality photographs and video footage for events, official ceremonies, conferences, press briefings, interviews, documentaries, training programs, promotional campaigns, etc
  • Conduct location assessments and prepare production setups, including camera positioning, lighting arrangements, sound configuration, and background composition
  • Ensure professional standards of framing, exposure, color balance, sound clarity, and visual composition during all recording sessions
  • Operate professional cameras, drones (where authorized), audio recording devices, lighting systems, and related multimedia equipment safely and effectively

Minimum Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in one or more of the following fields: Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), Film Production, Multimedia Communication, Digital Media, Videography, Photography, Journalism, Mass Communication or other related fields.
  • Formal training or certification in videography, photography, Graphic Design, and video editing is an added advantage.

Experience Requirement:

  • Minimum of 2–4 years of relevant professional experience in multimedia production.
  • Proven experience in both camera operation and video editing.
  • Experience in a newsroom, corporate communication unit, media organisation, or public institution is preferable.
