Qualification & Experience
MSc/BSc in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical & Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields. 12 years (BSc) / 10 years (MSc) of relevant work experience. Minimum 4 years in a Senior Management role.
Key Responsibilities
Lead enterprise‑wide project management frameworks aligned with strategic goals. Develop and prioritize IT project portfolios supporting digital transformation. Drive transition from traditional project management to Agile methodologies. Define governance, performance metrics, and success criteria for Agile/hybrid delivery. Establish Agile Centers of Excellence and promote training initiatives. Oversee business analysis functions to ensure stakeholder engagement and accurate requirements gathering.
