ESUENDALEW DINKU IMPORT EXPORT (GREATCOFFEE) is a newly established coffee farm dedicated to producing high-quality coffee using modern and sustainable agricultural practices. We aim to build a strong foundation for long-term growth and excellence.
Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified Coffee Agronomist to support the establishment and development of our new coffee farm. The role focuses on productivity improvement and sustainable farming systems.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement agronomic plans
Establish nursery and planting systems
Monitor soil fertility and recommend improvements
Manage irrigation, pests, and diseases
Train and supervise farm workers
Improve coffee yield and quality
Prepare regular reports
Work Location
Jimma Zone, Sigmo Woreda

Salary: Negotiable
Housing
Educational Requirements
BSc Degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, or related field
Experience
Minimum 3–5 years experience in coffee farming or agronomy
Experience in new farm setup is an advantage
Familiarity with international sustainability certifications and traceability frameworks is advantageous.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of coffee agronomy
Good communication and teamwork
Basic computer skills (Excel, reporting)
Problem-solving ability
Ability to work in a startup environment
