Role description

Financial Management: Responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies and plans that align with the organization's goals. This includes financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, accounting, and analyzing financial data to make informed decisions.
Financial Reporting: Responsible for overseeing the preparation and distribution of financial reports to stakeholders, such as the board of directors and regulatory bodies. This includes financial statements, analysis, and projections. These reports must be accurate, timely, and comply with relevant accounting standards.
Risk Management: Responsible for identifying and managing financial risks that could impact the organization's performance including credit risk, market risk, and operational risk. The CFO is responsible to develop and implement risk management strategies and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Treasury Management: Responsible for managing the organization's cash flow, including cash management, cash forecasting, investments, and debt management.
Tax Management: Responsible for managing the organization's tax affairs, including compliance with relevant tax laws, minimizing tax liabilities, and managing tax risks.
Compliance: Responsible for ensuring that the organization complies with all financial regulations and laws.
Leadership: Responsible for leading and managing the finance team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
Deep understanding of financial concepts and principles, including accounting, financial reporting, financial analysis, and tax management.
Ability to think strategically and develop and implement long-term financial strategies that align with the organization's goals.
Strong analytical skills to analyze financial data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
Education and Experience: Master’s degree with 6 years of experience or Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of experience.
At least 2 years of CFO experience.
ACCA Certificate is mandatory
Deep understanding of financial concepts and principles, including accounting, financial reporting, financial analysis, and tax management.
Ability to think strategicallyand develop and implement long-term financial strategies that align with the organization's goals.
Strong analytical skills to analyze financial data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
