Cheshire Ethiopia is an Ethiopian Resident Charity works on rehabilitation and development of persons with disability and invites qualified applicants for the following post:-
Cheshire Ethiopia is an independent non-profit making organization who provide orthopedic and social rehabilitation services for children and young people with disabilities in Ethiopia. The charity was established in 1962 by the grand Children of the late Emperor Haile Selassie and with technical support of Captain Leonard Cheshire.
Position 1: Physiotherapist
Qualification: Bsc Degree in Physiotherapy
Experience: One year OR Zero year experience.
Job Summary: Under the supervision of a Senior Physiotherapist applies physiotherapeutic treatments to patients in treating and preventing medical/surgical/neurological and circulatory conditions as prescribed by the Medical Officer or Specialist.
Required No. 4 (Two full time) and (Two Part time).
Salary: Based on Scale
Duty station: Addis Ababa Pediatric center, Menagesha
Position 2: Agri-Business Coordinator
Education: B.A./B.Sc. in Agribusiness, Agricultural Economics, Agribusiness & Value Chain Management, Agricultural Management or a closely related field
Required Professional Experience
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in agribusiness, agricultural production, dairy, agricultural marketing, agricultural value chains, farm business management or a related sector.
- Demonstrated practical experience in agricultural or dairy business development.
- Experience in market identification, customer development and agricultural product marketing.
- Practical understanding of agricultural value chains.
- Experience working with buyers, suppliers, processors, traders, cooperatives or other agricultural-sector actors.
- Strong knowledge of animal fattening techniques, dairy management, and crop cycles.
- Experience in business planning, budgeting, market assessment and profitability analysis is highly desirable.
- Competencies: Budget management, basic data tracking, and excellent team leadership abilities.
