Overview of the EIE.Plc:
We are a dynamic ride service committed to providing safe, reliable, and efficient transportation for our city. At EIE we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to enhance the commuting experience through innovative solutions and dedicated support.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding our ride services.
Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy.
Provide information on ride scheduling, pricing, and service areas.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred.
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center setting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
