Position 1: AV / Technical Support Technician

Qualification: Diploma or technical qualification in Audio Visual Technology, Electronics, IT, Sound Engineering, Theatre Technology, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant AV/event technical experience.
Additional Requirements: Practical experience with sound, microphones, presentation systems, and event AV; strong troubleshooting skills; customer-service and teamwork orientation; willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Auditorium/theatre experience is highly desirable.

Position 2: Reception / Customer Service Officer

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in hotel, hospitality, leisure, recreation, club, sports, or customer-service operations.
Additional Requirements: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; professional appearance; customer-service attitude; computer and booking/customer-management system skills; basic sales and upselling capability; willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Fluency in English is required; additional local languages are an advantage.

Position 3: Centre Manager – Recreational Facilities

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Sports Management, Facility Management, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant management experience, preferably in hospitality, leisure, recreation, sports, club, entertainment, hotel, or multi-facility operations.
Additional Requirements: Experience managing customer-facing operations; strong financial, commercial, and people-management skills; understanding of customer experience and service standards; excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills; strong planning, organization, and problem-solving abilities; willingness to work flexible hours, evenings, weekends, and public events.

Position 4: Duty Manager / Theatre & Events Lead

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Event Management, Facility Management, or a related discipline.
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in hotel, hospitality, recreation, events, entertainment, sports, or facility operations.
Additional Requirements: Practical event coordination experience; strong customer-service orientation; willingness to work shifts, evenings, weekends, and events; good written and verbal communication skills; calm and professional approach to incidents and customer escalations.

Position 5: Facilities / Maintenance Technician

Qualification: Technical diploma/certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, HVAC, Building Maintenance, or a related discipline.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant facilities/maintenance experience.
Additional Requirements: Good troubleshooting and practical problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and as part of a technical team; willingness to work shifts, evenings, weekends, and public holidays, including outside normal school hours.

Position 6: Lifeguard

Qualification: Recognised lifeguard certification.
Additional Requirements: Strong swimming and rescue capability; high level of alertness and responsibility; good communication and interpersonal skills; ability to remain calm and effective during emergencies; willingness to work shifts, evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Current first-aid/CPR certification is preferred or required according to CAE operating standards. Previous swimming-pool lifeguard experience is preferred.

Position 7: Sports / Basketball Coordinator

Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Physical Education, Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sports, recreation, hospitality, events, or facility operations.
Additional Requirements: Strong organisational and communication skills; customer-service and commercial orientation; willingness to work evenings and weekends. Basketball experience is highly desirable, while experience coordinating tournaments, academies, clubs, or sports programmes is preferred.

Position 8: Primary School Librarian

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Library and Information Science, Education, English, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant school library experience, preferably in a primary or international school setting.
Additional Requirements: Outstanding written and spoken English; strong knowledge of children’s literature and reading development; experience with library management systems and digital catalogues; excellent organisational, IT, and communication skills; commitment to safeguarding and promoting student wellbeing; ability to work collaboratively with teachers, students, and parents.

Position 9: Personal Assistant to Head of Primary and Early Years School

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, Office Management, Communications, English, Education, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Senior Administrator, preferably in an international school or educational setting.
Additional Requirements: Outstanding written and spoken English; excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; strong minute-taking, proofreading, and editing skills; high level of discretion, integrity, and confidentiality; excellent organisational, time-management, and multitasking abilities; strong interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills; ability to work calmly under pressure and meet deadlines; commitment to safeguarding and promoting student wellbeing.
