Position: Outdoor Sales Representative

Qualification

• BA degree or Diploma in, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
• 0–2 years of experience in sales, distribution,
• Good knowledge of local sales routes and market areas (advantage)
• Basic numeracy skills for cash handling and stock reconciliation
• Ability to use mobile devices for sales reporting (basic digital literacy)
• Experience in customer service and retail sales environment
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills/

Key Responsibility

• Sell and deliver products to retail shops, wholesalers, and customers along assigned routes
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and collection targets
• Promote products and communicate their features, benefits, and value to customers and outlets
• Generate customer orders and follow up to ensure timely fulfillment
• Identify new customers and expand market coverage
• Ensure proper display, merchandising, and availability of products at outlets
• Collect payments and ensure accurate financial reconciliation
• Maintain good customer relationships and handle customer queries or complaints
• Monitor competitor activity and report market trends
• Ensure proper use, cleanliness, and maintenance of the sales vehicle
• Submit daily sales, stock, and collection reports accurately.
