Experience: Microfinance experience preferred. Responsibilities: Maintain accounting records, prepare reports, process payments, ensure compliance, support branch operations. Skills: Accounting principles, financial reporting, computer proficiency, communication skills. Quantity: 5 Location: Addis Ababa.
2. Customer Relationship Officer (CRO)
Education: BA in Accounting, Banking & Finance, Management, or related fields; OR College Diploma (Level V/10+3). Experience: Microfinance or banking experience preferred. Skills: Customer service, credit operations, problem‑solving, Microsoft Office. Quantity: 4 Location: Addis Ababa & other branches.
3. Branch Manager
Education: BA or MBA in Management, Accounting, Banking & Finance, or related fields. Experience: BA: Minimum 4 years. MBA: Minimum 3 years. Microfinance, banking, or insurance experience preferred. Responsibilities: Lead branch operations, loan processing, savings mobilization, compliance, staff supervision, reporting. Skills: Leadership, credit operations, branch management, decision‑making, core banking systems, interest‑free financing knowledge. Quantity: 3 Location: Addis Ababa.
