Position: Finance and Administrative Officer
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance,
- Minimum [>1] year of experience in finance and HR administration.
- Proficiency in CNET software, payroll systems, and POS management or Any other software.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws, tax regulations, and financial compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
The Finance and Administrative Officer is responsible for managing financial transactions, employee attendance, payroll preparation, and overall administrative tasks. This role ensures accurate financial reporting, smooth HR operations, and compliance with company policies and procedures.

- Daily Sales Deposit Management & Confirmation
- Payment Requests & Implementation (CNET Software)
- POS Database Management
- Bill Settlement & System Management
- Shortage & Overage Justifications and Management
