1. Secondary School Teachers

Subjects Required: English, Mathematics, Biology, Agriculture, Geography, Economics, Chemistry, Physics, History, and Sport Science.

Job Locations: Ayertena, Karakore, Bethel, Lebu, Alemgena.

• Qualifications: Master’s degree in Education or related field preferred (Candidates with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in education are preferred). Must hold a valid teaching certification with a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience.
• Required Skills: Experience working with diverse student populations, strong knowledge of assessment and data analysis to inform instruction, experience teaching in a virtual/online setting, and strong communication/collaboration skills. Proficient spoken English is highly desirable.
• Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver engaging, differentiated instruction; integrate technology; plan rigorous curricula; provide constructive feedback; use varied assessment strategies; and participate in school-wide events while modeling positive behavior.

2. Kindergarten Vice Principal

Job Locations: Lebu, Alemgena.

Note: This position is strictly for female candidates only.

• Qualifications: BA or BSc degree in Education, Preschool Teaching, Early Childhood Education, or relevant license/certificate from a recognized institution. Master’s degree in early childhood education preferred.
• Required Experience: Proven minimum of 2 years working experience as a Kindergarten Teacher or Kindergarten Assistant. Must possess excellent knowledge of child development and the latest education theories.
• Key Competencies: Creative and artistic teaching abilities, strong communication skills, fluency in English, and mandatory computer skills. Priority is given to candidates who graduated in the education stream with a passion for shaping young minds.
• Key Responsibilities: Daily operations management, teacher supervision and mentorship, curriculum implementation, ensuring student welfare and discipline, parent and staff communication, and policy/quality assurance.
