1. Engineering & Project Management

• Project Office Manager [1 Position]: Requires a Master’s Degree in Architecture, Business Administration, Management, or a related field of study from a recognized university. Candidates must possess a minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience, with at least 3 years served in a managerial or leadership capacity overseeing large-scale projects.
• Senior Planning and Monitoring Engineer [3 Positions]: Requires a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology Management (COTM), or a related field with 4 years of proven work experience; OR a Bachelor’s Degree in the same fields with a minimum of 6 years of progressive professional experience in project planning, scheduling, and execution monitoring.
• Office Engineer [4 Positions]: Requires a Master’s Degree in Project Management, Construction Technology Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field with 4 years of experience; OR a Bachelor’s Degree in the same fields with at least 6 years of practical office engineering experience, including quantity surveying, contract administration, and structural blueprint analysis.

2. Auto Mechanics & Technical Maintenance

• Auto Mechanic [1 Position]: Requires a Diploma or 10+3 Level certification from a recognized TVET or college in Auto Mechanics, General Mechanics, Engine Mechanics, or a closely related technical field. Candidates must have at least 2 years of hands-on automotive repair experience.
• Auto Electrician [4 Positions]: Requires a Diploma or 10+3 Level certification from a recognized TVET or college in Auto Electricity, Auto Mechanics, or a related field, accompanied by a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience diagnosing and repairing complex automotive electrical systems.
• Heavy Duty Mechanic [1 Position]: Requires a Diploma from a recognized technical or vocational school in General Mechanics or a related technical discipline. Candidates should preferably possess 4 or more years of extensive experience performing maintenance and major repairs on heavy construction machinery and earth-moving equipment.
• Industrial Electrician [1 Position]: Requires a Diploma from a recognized technical or vocational school in Industrial Electricity or a related field, with preferably 4 or more years of practical experience maintaining and troubleshooting complex industrial electrical panels and high-voltage construction site grids.

3. Heavy Machinery & Transport Operations

• Excavator Operator [8 Positions]: Requires completion of 10th-grade education and possession of a valid, specialized Excavator Operator driving license. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience operating excavators on dynamic and rugged construction sites.
• Heavy Truck Driver [10 Positions]: Requires completion of 10th-grade education along with a valid Level 2 (Dry Cargo/Heavy Duty) commercial driving license. A minimum of 4 years of active experience driving heavy construction trucks and managing logistical transport safely is strictly required.
• Light Vehicle Driver [2 Positions]: Requires completion of 10th-grade education and a valid Public 1 (or equivalent) light vehicle driving license, supported by a minimum of 4 years of safe driving experience in corporate or logistical settings.
