Position 1: Primary School Teacher

Educational Qualification: B.Ed, M.Sc, or MA degree in a field strictly relevant to the specific subject being taught.

Experience: Teaching experience up to senior level.

Position 2: Primary Director

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (B.A) in Educational Planning & Management (EDPM).

Experience: 2 years and above of relevant experience.

Position 3: Assistant Teacher

Educational Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE), or a related academic field.

Experience: Prior experience supporting primary, early childhood, or general classroom environments is preferred.

Skills & Expertise: Strong instructional support capabilities, patience, effective communication, and classroom management assistance skills.

Contract & Payroll: All structural payroll operations, contracts, disciplinary workflows, and leave policies are strictly administered in accordance with the Ethiopian Labour Proclamation No. 1156/2019.
