Position 1: Tender Expert

Required Qualifications:

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Procurement & Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Management, Engineering, Law, or a related field.
• Professional certification in procurement or contract management is an advantage.

Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in tender management, bid preparation, procurement, business development, or contract administration.
• Experience with government procurement and donor-funded projects is preferred.

Position 2: Sales Operations & Collections Expert

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in sales operations, accounts receivable, collections, or sales administration.
• Experience in the technology, telecommunications, FMCG, banking, or service industry is an advantage.

Position 3: B2G (Business-to-Government) Market Expert

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Public Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Master’s degree is an advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Business Development, Government Sales, Public Sector Sales, or Key Account Management.
• Proven experience managing government tenders and procurement processes.
• Experience selling technology, ICT, software, telecom, ERP, or digital solutions is highly preferred.

Position 4: Digital Marketing Expert

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Experience managing multi-channel digital campaigns.
• Professional certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot are an advantage.

Position 5: Grant & Fundraising Expert

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Development Studies, International Relations, Project Management, Public Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Master’s degree is an advantage.
• Professional certification in Proposal Writing, Grant Management, Project Management, or Fundraising is an added advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in grant writing, fundraising, donor relations, or business development.
• Proven track record of successfully securing grants from local and international donors.
• Experience working with NGOs, development organizations, government projects, or technology companies is preferred.

Position 6: Partnership & Channel Expert

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in partnership management, channel sales, business development, or account management.
• Experience in the technology, software, fintech, telecommunications, or digital services industry is an advantage.

Position 7: Revenue Operations (RevOps) & CRM Expert

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, Computer Science, Management, Statistics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, CRM Administration, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Business Analytics.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Zoho CRM, Odoo CRM, or similar systems.

Position 8: Sales & Marketing Operations Manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Management, or a related field.
• Master’s degree is an advantage.

Experience

• Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
• At least 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Experience in the technology, software, SaaS, or digital services industry is preferred.

Position 9: Operational Excellence Manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Management, or a related field.
• Master’s degree (MBA or related field) is an advantage.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is preferred.
• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) is an advantage.

Experience

• 7–10 years of experience in operations, business process improvement, or operational excellence.
• At least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Experience implementing Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar methodologies.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) is preferred.
