Role description
Alvima Foods Complex Plc. is seeking candidates who meet the specified qualifications and experience criteria to apply for the available position.
The facility, dedicated to flour processing and pasta production, is located in Adama town, approximately 90 km southeast of Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. It is designed to have a daily production capacity of up to 66 tons of pasta and 95 tons of flour.
Position 1: Admin officer
Qualification:
- BA Degree in Human Resource Management or Management or related field.
Experience:
- 6(six) years and above in the area
Salary: Negotiable and attractive with benefit package
Type of employment: Permanent after probation
Language: Oromiffa is Mandatory.
Workplace: Adama (the ideal candidate should be from Adama area)
Position 2: Sales Representative
Qualification:
- BA Degree in marketing and sales or marketing management or Accounting or any other related field.
Experience:
- 2 (two) years and above experience in food industry or any other related industry
Salary: Negotiable and attractive with benefit package
Type of employment: Permanent after probation
Language: Oromiffa is Mandatory.
Workplace: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Flour Production Shift Supervisors
Qualification:
- BSC Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Level IV in General mechanic or related filed
Experience:
- 2(Two) years and above for BSc and 4(Four) years and above for level from food manufacturing industry.
