Open Positions
1. Luxury Residential Security Officer
Experience: 2+ years in luxury high‑rise, resort, or corporate security. Requirements: Background check, drug screening, strong English communication, physical stamina. Schedule: 12‑hour overnight shifts (weekends/holidays included). Location: Addis Ababa, Bole Area
2. Luxury Residential Bell Attendant / Bell Person
Experience: 1+ year in customer service or bell attendant roles in luxury hospitality. Requirements: Grooming standards, discretion, English proficiency, ability to lift up to 25 kg. Schedule: Office hours (weekends/holidays included). Location: Addis Ababa, Bole Area
3. Luxury Residential Garbage Porter & Parking Attendant
Experience: 3+ months in parking, custodial, or building maintenance. Requirements: Physical stamina, ability to lift up to 34 kg. Schedule: 8–12 hour shifts (morning/evening/weekends). Location: Addis Ababa, Bole Area
4. Luxury Residential Maintenance Electrician
Education: BSc/Diploma in Electrical Engineering. Experience: 3+ years (BSc) or 5+ years (Diploma) in luxury/commercial electrical maintenance. Requirements: Blueprint reading, technical skills, discretion, physical stamina. Schedule: Full‑time shifts (day/night), on‑call availability. Location: Addis Ababa, Bole Area
