Available Positions
Position 1: Mid-level Invoice Management Assistant
Qualification Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 1–3 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable (AP), Finance, Accounting, or related areas. Fresh graduates from 2024–2026 are also encouraged to apply. Basic knowledge of procurement-related AP accounting processes. Knowledge of invoice management systems such as AP Workflow. Fluent English, both written and spoken. Ability to use AP Workflow (APWF). Good attention to detail, document management, communication, and coordination skills. Knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and ERP is required.
Position 2: Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Qualification Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Software Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of relevant experience in Telecom CRM, BSS, system operations, or related technical fields. Telecommunications experience is preferred. Skills in troubleshooting and PostgreSQL databases. Strong customer communication, understanding, and relationship-management capabilities.
Position 3: Product Sales Manager
Qualification Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Business, Telecommunications, ICT, or a related field. 3+ years of relevant experience in sales, business development, telecommunications, ICT, or related industries. Understanding of the Ethiopian telecommunications or broadband market is an advantage. Strong communication, negotiation, business development, customer management, and project coordination skills. Experience working with CSOs, networks, local initiatives, and communities. Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
Position 4: Cloud Solutions Architect
Qualification Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture design or related domains. Prior experience in the financial industry or with a public cloud provider is required. Familiarity with financial business scenarios, regulatory compliance, and risk management. Experience as a Solutions Architect or Technical Support Expert with major public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Alibaba Cloud, or Tencent Cloud.
Position 5: Power Engineer
Education Requirements:
BSc or above in Electrical Engineering or Electro-Mechanical Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
5+ years in Telecom Power System, Generator corrective and preventive maintenance.
