Founded in 1994 with an initial capital of 15,000 USD, Alta has grown into a company valued at 25 million USD. At Alta Computec, we design and implement IT systems that are straightforward, adaptable, and scalable to meet our clients’ needs.

Fourteen years ago, ALTA Computec PLC launched its coffee export division, LATA Agri Export, and is now aiming to expand its operations to satisfy the increasing demand from its customers. The division is currently in search of highly committed and energetic candidates to fill the following vacant positions:

Position 1: Presales Engineer

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline

Work Experience: 3 to 5+ years hands-on experience in pre-sales engineering- related to ICT Solutions, products & services

Required Skill:

• Design end-to-end technical solutions and system architectures incorporating company portfolio of hardware, software, cloud services, and managed IT offerings.
• Maintain deep, up-to-date knowledge of core technology vendor partnerships, emerging industry trends, and competitive landscapes.

Position 2: Project Engineer

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.

Work Experience: 3–4 years of hands-on experience network engineering, systems administration, or technical project implementation within an ICT system integrator

Required Skill:

• Deploy, configure, and commission ICT infrastructure solutions,  Coordinate with customers, vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth delivery of specialized hardware or services under project

Position 3: Solution Architect

Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline

Work Experience:  6+ years of experience working as a Solutions Architect, Enterprise Architect, or Senior Systems Engineer within an ICT system integrator, telecommunications, or enterprise technology environment.

Required Skill:

• Design comprehensive end-to-end architecture blueprints encompassing enterprise networking, cloud infrastructure, data centers, server virtualization, and security.
• Provide high-level technical leadership during major sales pursuits, complex RFPs (Requests for Proposals), and high-value tender bidding processes

Position 4: Account Manager

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Sales & Marketing

Work Experience: 3 to 5+ years of proven track record in B2B account management, technical sales, or business development within an ICT solutions, software, or telecommunications environment

Required Skill:

• Serve as the primary, trusted point of contact for assigned enterprise or corporate accounts, nurturing long-term relationships and fostering high customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate sales pipelines, CRM data, and conduct regular Business Reviews (QBRs) with clients to evaluate satisfaction and project success.
