1️⃣ Auditor
Education: BA or College Diploma in Accounting or related field. Experience: 2–6 years of relevant experience (must be verified in writing). Competencies: Knowledge of microfinance business and auditing methodologies. Ability to conduct financial analysis. Strong communication and report‑writing skills. Basic computer skills. 2️⃣ Branch Accountant (5 positions)
Education: BA Degree or Diploma in Accounting. Experience: 4–8 years of relevant experience (must be verified in writing). Competencies: Knowledge of accounting principles and microfinance operations. Familiarity with Ethiopian government financial laws. Ability to prepare financial statements and reports. Basic knowledge of IFRS and computer applications. Locations: Wolkite, Hossana & Addis Ababa Salary: Attractive package with benefits.
3️⃣ Branch Cashier (3 positions)
Education: BA or College Diploma in Accounting, Management, or related field. Experience: 0–2 years of relevant experience (must be verified in writing). Competencies: Basic knowledge of microfinance business and accounting records. Ability to safely manage cash and payment instruments. Customer service skills and ability to operate office machines.
