Under the close supervision of the Manager, General Service and Security Division, the Mail Clerk sorts incoming mail for distribution and dispatches outgoing mail, registers incoming and outgoing mail, and follows up to ensure timely delivery.

2. Documentation Clerk
Qualification
College Diploma or Level IV in Accounting & Finance, Management, Economics, or other closely related fields COC Certificate is mandatory for Level IV graduates

Job Summary
Under the close supervision of the Manager, Property & Facility Management Division, the Documentation Clerk registers documents, processes forms, checks and compiles records and files, drafts letters and memos, and helps ensure accuracy and accessibility within one document management system.

3. Procurement Clerk
Qualification
College Diploma or Level IV in Purchasing and Supplies Management, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Management, or other closely related fields COC Certificate is mandatory for Level IV graduates

Job Summary
Under the close supervision of the Manager, Procurement Management Division, the Procurement Clerk performs clerical activities related to the purchasing of items and services, checks and verifies data and documents, compiles and organizes required data, and maintains a list of suppliers of office equipment and materials.
