1️⃣ Human Capital Management Officer
Education: Bachelor’s in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 3 years in HR management. Place of Work: Head Office.
2️⃣ Branch Manager – Grade I
Education: Bachelor’s in Management, Accounting, Economics, Business Management, Banking & Finance, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 6 years in banking operations, including 2 years in a supervisory role. Place of Work: Branches in Hawassa City & Harar City.
3️⃣ District Manager – II
Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s in Management, Accounting, Economics, Business Management, Banking & Finance, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 10 years (Master’s) or 12 years (Bachelor’s) in banking, with at least 6 years in managerial positions. Place of Work: Dessie District Office.
