Education:
Bachelor’s/B.Sc. Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer/Software Engineering, Communication Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
At least 3 years of relevant work experience. At least 2 years of experience at Officer Level II/III or equivalent.
Job Responsibilities:
Configure and manage network IT infrastructure systems. Properly configure the networking environment. Support reliable network services with minimal interruptions.
2. CSO III – Accounts
Location: Ambo & Nekemte Banking Centers
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
At least 4 years of relevant work experience. At least 2 years of experience at CSO I/II level or equivalent.
Job Responsibilities:
Jobs
Serve customers and manage customer relationships. Support customer satisfaction. Sell bank products and services. Acquire new customers. Open and maintain customer accounts. Pay and receive cash. Process transactions according to bank policies and procedures.
3. Senior Officer, Core Systems
Location: Addis Ababa
Education:
B.Sc. Degree in Information Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
At least 4 years of relevant work experience. At least 2 years of experience at Officer level or equivalent.
Job Responsibilities:
Administer and monitor databases. Administer and monitor the Core Banking System (CBS). Monitor and manage integrated systems that rely on the core system.
4. Section Head, ATM Services
Location: Addis Ababa
Education:
B.Sc. Degree in Computer Science, Computer/Software Engineering, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Management Information System (MIS), or a related field.
Experience:
At least 5 years of relevant work experience. At least 2 years of experience as a Senior Officer or 1 year as a Principal Officer in a supervisory role.
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate and monitor ATM maintenance and servicing. Troubleshoot ATM-related issues to ensure proper machine performance. Plan User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Develop test scenarios and test cases for ATM applications. Perform UAT testing to verify that the system works in real-world scenarios and meets requirements.
