Position 1: Junior Banking Business Officer

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Work Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of banking experience as a Bank Trainee.

Required Skills

• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of banking transactions, account management, and operational procedures.
• Understanding of Interest-Free Banking is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments.
• Assist with account opening, record-keeping, and transaction reporting.
• Respond to customer inquiries and support daily branch operations.

Position 2: Digital Marketing Officer I

Educational Qualification

Work Experience

Required Skills

• Good communication skills.
• Knowledge of marketing activities within the banking sector.

Position 3: Banking Business Officer I

Educational Qualification

• Customer relationship management, sales, and product promotion.

• Review branch transactions and monitor compliance with banking procedures.

Work Experience

• Minimum of 4 years of banking experience, including 2 years as an Officer in risk, compliance, internal control, or audit-related areas.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of Ethiopian banking laws, NBE directives, and regulatory requirements.
• Compliance risk assessment, AML/CFT, KYC, and regulatory reporting.
• Understanding of Interest-Free Banking and Shari’ah compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
• Identify and assess compliance risks and recommend corrective measures.
• Conduct compliance reviews and follow up on regulatory findings.
• Support AML/CFT monitoring and regulatory reporting.
