To this effect the Bank would like to recruit qualified job applicants for the following vacant posts and invite interested applicants who fulfill the minimum qualification and work experience listed for the job openings.

Position 1: Civil Engineer II

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

  • BSC Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction technology and Management, Building, Architectural, and related Engineering fields of study with 3 years of experience  in engineering area or property valuator/property assessor area

Place of Work: Head Office & North District Office (Dessie)

Position 2: Banking Business Officer I

Required Qualification and Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years of branch banking experience, of which 1 year as a Junior Officer.
  • Additional Advantage: Knowledge and understanding of Interest-Free Banking (IFB).

Duty Stations: Adaba Branche, Gambela

Position 3: Senior Banking Business Officer

Required Qualification and Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
  • Work Experience: 3 years of banking experience, with at least 2 years at Officer level in a similar role.

Duty Stations: Adaba Branch, Gambela

Position 4: Customer Service Supervisor

Educational Qualification

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Work Experience

  • BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or other business-related fields with 4 years of banking operation experience respectively of which 1 year as Senior Banking Business Officer.

Duty Stations: Logia and Adama Branches

Position 5: Branch Manager I

Required Qualification and Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years of banking experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role such as Assistant Branch Manager or CSM/CSS.

Duty Stations: Addis Ababa and Adaba Branches

Position 6: Internal Auditor II

Minimum qualification and work experience: 

  • B.A Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or other Business related fields
  • 3 years of banking experience of which 1 year as Officer I in Internal Audit area

Place of Work: East District Office (Diredawa)
