Position 1: Civil Engineer II  

Minimum Qualification and Experience  
- A B.Sc degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology and Management, Building, Architectural, or related engineering fields, along with 3 years of experience in the engineering field or property valuation/assessing.

Place of Work: Head Office & North District Office (Dessie)  

Position 2: Banking Business Officer I  

Required Qualification and Experience  
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

- Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in branch banking, with at least 1 year as a Junior Officer.

- Additional Advantage: Knowledge and understanding of Interest-Free Banking (IFB).

Duty Stations: Adaba Branch, Gambela  

Position 3: Senior Banking Business Officer  

Required Qualification and Experience  
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.

- Work Experience: 3 years of banking experience, with at least 2 years at Officer level in a similar role.

Duty Stations: Adaba Branch, Gambela  

Position 4: Customer Service Supervisor  

Educational Qualification  
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Work Experience  
- BA degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other business-related fields, with 4 years of banking operation experience, of which 1 year as Senior Banking Business Officer.

Duty Stations: Logia and Adama Branches  

Position 5: Branch Manager I  

Required Qualification and Experience  
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

- Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years of banking experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role such as Assistant Branch Manager or CSM/CSS.

Duty Stations: Addis Ababa and Adaba Branches  

Position 6: Internal Auditor II  

Minimum Qualification and Work Experience  
- BA degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other business-related fields.

- 3 years of banking experience, of which 1 year as Officer I in the Internal Audit area.
