Role description

Yehulu is a financial cooperative established in 2015 E.C. with a mission to provide easy access to saving and credit services for all communities. There are a variety of saving plans, including filagot saving, regular saving, time deposits, also home and vehicle purchase saving accounts.

It is a place where all communities can get accessible and direct saving and loan services. Yehulu Saving & Loan Cooperative is looking to hire employees for the vacant position.

Position 1: Receptionist

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Hotel Management or related fields of study

Work Experience: One year or more of relevant work experience in receptionist, information desk, & secretarial science.

Year of Graduation: 2023 GC, 2024 GC & 2025 GC Graduate

Salary: As per the scale of the organization

Place of Work: Addis Ababa

Position 2: IT Infrastructure Officer

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and networking, and Related works
  • Strong knowledge of network administration and security
  • Knowledge of network security, firewalls and VPNs

Added Advantage

  • Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or Microsoft certifications are advantageous.

Position 3: IT Operations and System Security Junior Officer

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and network administration, and Related works
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, network administration, and security operations
  • Experience with firewalls, VPNs, antivirus systems, and endpoint security solutions
  • Good understanding of cyber security principles, risk management, and incident response
  • Familiarity with Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 administration
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Position 4: System Maintenance and Support Service Junior Officer

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and System Maintenance, and Related works
  • Familiarity with operating systems (Windows/Linux)
  • Basic networking knowledge is an advantage.
