Role description
Yegna Microfinance Institution is a microfinance institution, which is engaged in development activities in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
Yegna mainly provides credit services to micro and small enterprise operators or potential operators and, low income people who are capable to work in income-generating activities. Micro enterprises are important tools in poverty alleviation through employment creation and income generation for low-income groups with limited opportunities.
Position 1: Database Administrator
Educational Background: BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
Experience: 1 year of experience in Database Administration or related jobs in the banking or microfinance sector.
Duty Station: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Network Administrator
Educational Background: BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
Experience: 1 year of experience in Network Administration or related jobs in the banking or microfinance sector.
Duty Station: Addis Ababa
Position 3: System Administrator
Educational Background: BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
Experience: 1 year of experience in System Administration in CBS-related jobs in the banking or microfinance sector.

Position 4: Agency Service Supervisor
Educational Background: BA Degree in Accounting and Finance, Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience: 3 years of relevant work experience in telecom service, telecom agent, or related positions.

Position 5: IT Support Officer
Educational Background: BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
Experience: 3 years of experience in related jobs in the banking or microfinance sector.

Position 6: የቀላል መኪና መካኒክ
Educational Background: ዲፕሎማ/ሌቭል 4 በአውቶ ሜካኒክስ ወይም በአውቶሞቲቭ ቴክኖሎጂ የተመረቀ
Experience: 3 አመት አግባብነት ያለው የስራ ልምድ ያለው እንዲሁም በትልቅ ድርጅት ውስጥ በተመሳሳይ የስራ ልምድ የሰራ እና የኤሌክትሪክ መኪናዎችን ሰርቶ የሚያውቅ

Position 7: Director-Finance & Accounts
Educational Background: MA/BA Degree in Accounting and Finance, Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience: 5/7 years of relevant banking or microfinance work experience, out of which 3 years must be in a senior/managerial position.
Duty Station: Addis Ababa
Position 8: Director-Microinsurance
Educational Background: MA/BA Degree in Accounting and Finance, Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience: 5/7 years of relevant banking or microfinance work experience, out of which 3 years must be in a senior/managerial position.
Duty Station: Addis Ababa
