Senior Customer Service Officer – Cash Education: BA Degree in Marketing, Accounting & Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. Experience: 3+ years, including 1 year in banking/microfinance. Duty Station: Dire Dawa, Debre Markos, Bahir Dar, Jimma, Hawassa, Adama. Senior Customer Service Officer Education: BA Degree in Marketing, Accounting & Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. Experience: 3+ years, including 1 year in banking/microfinance.
