Wegagen Capital Investment Bank S.C. is currently seeking qualified and experienced individuals to fill the following positions:

Position 1: Senior Corporate Finance Officer

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4–5 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, investment banking, financial advisory, private equity, or a leading financial institution.
• Master’s degree (MBA or MSc in Finance) or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, ACCA, CMA) are strongly preferred.
• Proven track record in executing corporate finance transactions and financial modeling.

Location: Addis Ababa

Position 2: Senior Advisory Officer

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in financial sector, most preferably in capital market service providers investment banking, financial advisory, or a related field.
• Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CISI, CFA, are strongly preferred.)
• Proven track record of advisory services.

Position 3: Chief Strategy Research Officer

Education & Experience

• Master’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in research, investment analysis, or related roles within the financial services industry.
• Proven track record of leadership in a research or analytical capacity.
