Key Responsibilities
Provide friendly and professional food and beverage service to hotel guests. Interact with guests and identify ways to support a positive dining experience. Learn menu items, promotions, and specials and provide accurate information to guests. Take food and beverage orders. Enter orders into the point-of-sale (POS) system. Deliver completed food and beverage orders promptly and accurately. Maintain a clean, organized, and adequately stocked food service station. Follow applicable health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness requirements. Maintain professional standards when interacting with guests and team members.
Qualifications and Experience
Certificate or higher in Food & Beverage Service. Excellent language skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Strong service-oriented mindset. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Waiter in an international-brand hotel or hotels .
